Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)

All installation and maintenance work is supported by documented risk assessments and method statements where required. This ensures tasks are properly planned and completed safely within live infrastructure environments.

Health & Safety Practices
We follow recognised health and safety procedures when working in data centre facilities, including correct manual handling techniques, safe equipment installation practices, and adherence to site-specific safety rules.

ESD Awareness
Our engineers follow electrostatic discharge (ESD) handling practices when working with sensitive IT hardware to ensure equipment is protected during installation and maintenance activities.

Working in Live Environments
We understand the operational sensitivity of active data centre facilities. Work is carried out carefully and methodically to minimise risk to surrounding infrastructure and maintain service continuity.

Documentation and Change Control
Where required, we follow client change control processes and provide clear documentation of work performed, including installation records and photographic evidence.
